I'm Nate Farnsworth, originally from Buffalo, Wyoming. When I'm not welding, you'll find me indulging in my hobbies, which include building things, hiking, camping, and serving as a Boy Scout leader. My passion for welding was ignited at a young age by the endless possibilities of creation it offered. With 29 years of welding experience under my belt, I've mastered techniques such as Tig, Mig, Stick, and Dual Shield welding. As an instructor, I derive immense satisfaction from sharing my knowledge and skills with others and witnessing their learning and growth. My journey to Western Welding Academy as an employer was fueled by a lifelong aspiration, further reinforced by my son's attendance at this school. When it comes to welding equipment, I'm a staunch advocate for Lincoln. Its simplicity, compatibility, and distinct color (not blue!) make it my preferred choice.
