I started as a helper in a fab shop and found myself picking up on welding. My uncle was a seasoned welder. I thought that welding seemed like a fun job to get into. Most of my experience is in TIG welding, specifically working with Stainless and Carbon Pipe.
When I’m not instructing, you'll likely find me enjoying the great outdoors. I have a passion for hunting and fishing, and cherishing moments spent with my family. I value the diversity at Western Welding Academy, working with people from various backgrounds and experiences. I love witnessing the transformation of students who start with no welding experience, progress through the learning curve, pass a bend test, and experience the joy of mastering welding skills.
Western Welding Academy is the only pipe welding school in the country that is solely owned and operated by real pipeline/pipe welders. At WWA we have the most elite, highest skilled welders in the world teaching students how to weld pipe.
