Western Welding Academy hosts a Open Division and High School Division Contests on the same day. This is a huge event that is a great experience for everyone involved!
Open Division contestants (Any welder 18+) will weld a 6" SCH 40 5G 6010/7018
1st Place - $10,000 cash prize
2nd Place - $7,500 cash prize
3rd Place - $5,000 cash prize
High School Division contestants (Any current High School Student) will weld a open root V-groove 2G 6010/7018
1st Place - $25,000 WWA Scholarship
2nd Place - $15,000 WWA Scholarship
3rd Place - $10,000 WWA Scholarship
*Every High School Contestant that competes will receive a $1,000 WWA Scholarship
